Training Coordinator/Jr Content Developer

About the Job

We are currently looking for a Training Coordinator with Jr. Content Development experience. This individual will work with the e-Learning Content Development team and the Training Project Manager to design and develop interactive 3D e-Learning courses along with ensuring proper execution of Instructor LED classes for HUD and the Treasury.

Job requirements include:

Required:

• Ability to independently design, develop, and maintain procedures and schedules
• Ability to design and create marketing, guides, and/or class room materials from customer requirements
• Experience with Adobe Flash/ActionScript 3.0
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
• Attention to detail multi-tasker that possess fast paced self-learning qualities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Outstanding customer service skills provided with internal and external customers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to meet fast paced schedule milestones.

Desired:

• Customer Service, helpdesk experience
• Strong leadership, time management, and problem solving skills.
• E-Learning experience and/or Instructor LED experience
• Storyboarding or ISD experience
