We are seeking a strong, result driven individual to execute contact center training programs that support GCC’s culture and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and promote an adult-learning environment providing comprehensive training for new hires, product knowledge, sales and service, training refreshers for all employees using a variety of delivery methods.
• Facilitate New Hire, Refresher & Business Initiative training sessions
• Track and communicate new hire progress throughout the new hire program.
• Conduct one on one sessions with new hires throughout the new hire program.
• Monitor new hire performance post program to identify skill gaps and make training recommendations.
• Assist with curriculum development, reinforcement exercises and test development
• Identify individual training needs and make recommendations according to individual learning styles.
• Develop online training tools (ie Brainshark)
• Monitor, evaluate and coach associates on calls according to established quality evaluation standards.
• Assist in maintaining quality reports to help identify call performance trends.


Requirements:

• 1-2 years classroom training experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated ability in designing and developing training sessions preferred
• Ability to apply adult learning principles in daily training activities
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent listening, problem resolution and organizational skills
• Skills to evaluate and report on training program effectiveness using various methods and tools
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Adaptable and able to move with change while maintaining a positive attitude and strong role model for the department.
