JOB DESCRIPTION

Adecco is currently assisting a local client seeking an experienced Contract Administrator for a long-term job opportunity. A Contract Administrator with the ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Good communication skills are necessary. Must possess good organizational skills plus demonstrate tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgment.

Responsibilities for a Contract Administrator include but are not limited to the following:

• Process pricing exceptions, credits and deductions;
• Enter into SAP system approved national, regional and distributor contracts.
• Prepare price lists.
• Respond to inquiries from Customer Service Representatives regarding deductions and credits.
• Prepare and distribute sales deal expiration reports to DRSs, Distributors and Sales Representatives.
• Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals.
• Respond to inquiries from Credit and Collection Reps regarding deductions and credits.

Answer office telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
• Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
• Greet office visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person based on their needs
• Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters
• Complete forms in accordance with company procedures
• Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions as needed
• Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports

Pay for this position is $15.00 per hour.
