Job Description:
An industry leader in paper manufacturing has an immediate need for a Quality Assurance Engineer in their Ohio facility. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible ensuring quality and specifications of the paper manufacturing are met.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for final decision making regarding quality products and customer satisfaction
- Implements lean manufacturing techniques to meet customer demands
- Provides support and supervises the QC lab
- Create quality reports
- Ensure that customer complaints are handled using RCA
- Implement continuous improvement techniques
Requirements:
- BS in Paper Science, Quality Management or other industry related field
- 5+ years in a supervisory position
- Must be able to directly supervise and provide leadership to the team
- Must be able to communicate on a professional level with customers
