Requirements:
- Perform direct care responsibilities within the Residential Milieu.
- Direct supervision of students within the milieu while maintaining the safety and security procedures as outlined by agency and program policy and procedures.
- Lead by example and role model for all staff and students appropriate professional behavior within a residential treatment setting.
