As a Builder at Schumacher Homes, you’re responsible for coordination of all activities of assigned homes within time, quality and satisfaction standards. Technical construction knowledge, strong communication, organizational, management, computer and people skills required. We’re looking for an enthusiastic team player who can get the job done!  Previous construction experience managing job sites and staff is essential as well as the ability to meet deadlines and budget guidelines.
