The VP Independent Distribution and Marketing will oversee all aspects of the independent distribution channels and marketing functions for the Unitary Products Group organization and in support of business objectives. Specfic responsibilities include:

1.Develops and executes the Independent Distribution Account Strategy for all of North America.

2.Responsible for approximately $600M revenue.

3.Develops and executes theNational Commercial Account strategy.

4.For Unitary Products, ensuresprofitable growth of all independent distribution businesses.

5.Responsible for Unitary Products operating plan development and achievement, Units, Revenue, Margin and SGA budget for all independent distribution businesses.

6.Ensures the organizational alignment of the UPG independent distribution field organization focused on developing independent distribution and layering new distribution in markets.

7.Responsible for development of field organization to support world class distribution account management, support and development.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combined education and experience.

2.A minimum of fifteen years sales, independent distribution and marketing management experience.

3.Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including e-mail and Microsoft Office software.

4.Superior interpersonal skills and decision making ability.

5.Effective and professional communication and organization skills.

6.Solid and dynamic leadership skills from which an organization can seek direction.

7.Must have a strong acumen for finance and business statistics.

8.Able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
