We are currently recruiting for one of our most exciting environmental clients for an entry level Receptionist job opportunity located in Houston, TX. This job opportunity as a Receptionist in Houston, TX is a direct hire opportunity and will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, will greet all visitors in a friendly manner, assist the accounting department process invoices, and order supplies. The salary for this position is at $16-$20 an hour and the ideal candidate would have 1-2 year’s experience as a Receptionist or a recent college graduate.
Responsibilities:
-Greet all incoming customers in a friendly manner
-Answer all incoming calls
-Order office supplies and food for break room
-Setup conference room
-Order food for catered events
-Assist accounting department with invoices
-Assist office coordinator with miscellaneous duties
Qualifications:
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
-1-2 years experience or ambitious college graduate
-Professional appearance and phone voice
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Needs to detail-oriented, highly-organized, and reliable.
