About the Job

Krueger Systems, Inc., seeks Software Engineer for Seattle, WA. Develop, create, & modify general computer applications software. Analyze user needs & develop software solutions. Perform business analysis, architecture design, application development, system integration, operation support, & maintenance of Enterprise applications. Work with complex business rules, select & apply proven principles of enterprise architecture, design patterns, & other platform best practices. Write specifications for programs of low to high complexity assist support and/or project personnel in resolving complex program problems. Perform software engineering jobs under general technical supervision.  Develop software engineering standards to be followed by other engineers.  Follow general specifications provided by manager.  Design & develop mission critical, enterprise level applications using Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, EJB, WebServices, JDBC, Oracle, SQL Server, Hibernate, OJB, MQ Series, JMS, AJAX, ANT, MAVEN, Eclipse, CVS, JUNIT, Log4J, XML, XLST, Windows & UNIX. During applications development provide for high-end features, real time data replication across multiple servers; security, high availability, concurrent user load, scalability & deployment in heterogeneous environment. Participate in system & database design meetings. Other similar duties as assigned. M-F; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 40 hrs/week.  $116,272.00/annum. Require Master’s or equiv. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or equiv. and 3 yrs of exp in the job offered or 3 yrs of exp as an Analyst/Programmer, Programmer Analyst or equivalent. Experience in:  Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Struts, EJB, WebServices, JDBC, Oracle, SQL Server, Hibernate, OJB, MQ Series, JMS, AJAX, ANT, MAVEN, Eclipse, CVS, JUNIT, Log4J, XML, XLST, Windows & UNIX. Exp must include designing & developing applications. Relocation & travel to unanticipated locations within USA possible. Note 1: Employer will accept suitable combination of education, training or exp.  Note 2: In lieu of Master’s with 3 yrs of exp., employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree & 5 yrs of exp.
