Job: Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA

We are looking for someone with a passion for testing. If you want to work on some of the most interesting technical challenges on the planet you may want to consider this contract opportunity as a Quality Assurance Engineer! We are seeking an experienced QAE to support advertising programs at the leading online retail enterprise. The position entails testing new features and ad campaigns, creating test cases, debugging issues, logging defects. You may also perform release testing and run, enhance, and analyze automated test results. This position requires someone who can track and follow up on multiple issues in a fast moving environment.

The candidate should have prior QA experience and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications

* 1 year QA experience
* Experience writing test plans
* Experience debugging issues in test and production environments
* Strong communication skills
* Detail oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years programming in C, C++, Java or C#
* Some scripting experience a plus
* Experience with web technologies

This is a short term contract position.
