Job: Multi-Unit Leader / Regional Manager

Pier 1 Imports is seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Unit Leader to lead an important market in the Seattle East & Tri-Cities, WA Area!

This position will be responsible for leading and motivating a 13 store region, with an annual sales volume of approximately $19 million. This position requires a proven multi-unit retail leader with the ability to drive execution, motivate and inspire their team to deliver sales results and positively impact team performance using exceptional people development skills. Candidates must have strong business acumen and solid operational performance that will drive profitable sales, with the ability to implement strategic business solutions in a customer-focused environment.

Candidates must have:

• Experience in a retail, multi-store leadership role
• Ability to effectively drive sales in a multi-store environment
• A proven commitment to selling and driving customer engagement excellence
• Proven expertise in implementing business strategies to achieve company objectives
• Proven ability to recruit and staff for succession planning
• Strong talent development skills including use of performance management tools and resources to develop associates for leadership roles
• Superior communication, team development and relationship building skills
