THE OPPORTUNITY:

- Deliver timely, world class, customer service to our clients
- Underwrite and originate premium finance loans following up on exceptions and documentation shortfalls as necessary
- Drive the growth of the loan portfolio by utilizing unique finance solutions to increase loan retention rates and generate new loan growth working with over 30,000 insurance agents and brokers throughout the country
- Service the loan portfolio including processing customer payments, dispute resolution, maintenance and account analysis as required
- Perform both the loan processing functions as well as the customer service focused marketing function operating independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree
- Customer service experience preferred
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Possess a sense of urgency and high energy level
- Ability to travel
