If you are a PLC Programmer with High Speed Manufacturing Industry experience, please read on!

Outstanding opportunity to join a leader in the Material Handling Equipment Industry as a PLC Programmer. This position will require you to travel domestically approximately 75% of the time to client facilities. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential along with the technical qualifications.


What you need for this position:
-experience in moving cases on a conveyor, using ladder logic with "Add On Instructions" on an A/B ControlLogix platform
-Experienced in Factory Talk View and AutoCAD 2010 or higher
- Ability to organize and carry out multiple projects
- Perform troubleshooting in high speed manufacturing environments within the food and beverage industries
- Experience with FANUC robots is a plus but not required
- 2 years' minimum experience with machinery maintenance
- Strong Allen Bradley PLC experience (compact logix)
- Solid experience with mechanical, electrical and pneumatic components

What you'll be doing:
- Install, service, repair and maintain companies equipment and systems in the field
- Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and solve operational issues surrounding companies machinery at customer locations
- Train personnel on proper setup, operation, maintenance, and repair of companies systems
- Perform extensive mechanical and electrical modifications including PLC program modifications
- Build strong customer relationships

The Sr. Inventory Control Analyst will lead the internal control design and inventory monitoring throughout the facility. The position will work independently and will be responsible for driving key performance indicators including: inventory accuracy, and process adherence. The incumbent will collaborate with supply chain partners to identify gaps in processes, and will act as key contributor on projects to investigate and resolve inventory related issues.

 
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
*BS in Engineering, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Business
*5+ years experience in inventory management
*Ability to work independently
*Ability to establish processes proven tot increase efficiency
*Strong cross-functional communication and presentation skills

Job: Stock Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION

An employee in this class performs administrative duties pertaining to the purchase of special order parts and inventory items. Work includes identifying and issuing parts for a variety of fleet equipment and vehicles. This position is also responsible for maintaining inventory and requesting purchases to replenish supplies. Additional responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a variety of computerized and tangible records and files. Employee may also be responsible for performing other routine administrative duties as required. Employee may be required to be on-call after normal working hours to support emergency needs. Employee must exercise independent judgment, discretion, and initiative in completing assignments, and handling difficult public contact situations requiring considerable tact and knowledge of City policies, procedures and programs. Work is performed under the general supervision of a supervisor, superintendent or division director and is evaluated through observation, conferences and review of work performed.

Full Time 40 Hrs Week; Monday - Thursday 7am - 6pm

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  •  Issues a variety of parts and supplies to City of Asheville employees, maintaining computerized and tangible files for the sale of these items.
  • Performs and is accountable for inventory of stock and equipment under parts room control.
  • Performs basic bookkeeping duties as necessary.
  • Prepares a variety of routine and special reports as requested.
  • Submits purchase requisitions for inventory replenishments, special order parts and other items for department equipment as needed.
  • Receives supplies from vendors, including initiating receiving reports.
  • Acts as vendor liaison and as such is responsible for warranty returns, stocking levels and pricing issues.
  • Utilizes bar code system for inventory control.
  • Performs periodic inventory cycle counts.
ADDITIONAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Performs a variety of routine administrative duties such as typing, filing, answering telephones, etc.
  • Cross-trained to cover additional responsibilities in the absence of the Stockroom Supervisor and/or Administrative Assistant.
  • Performs related work as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Graduation from high school, and 1 to 3 years of experience in the issue of inventory and acquisition of parts and supplies; and/or any equivalent combination of training and experience required to perform the essential position functions.

Job Description Summary

·  Install, adjust, and repair production equipment and special purpose machines as assigned

·  Operate a variety of hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, change parts and complete tasks as assigned

·  Test malfunctioning machinery, determine repairs and discuss with head mechanic for approval and repair as needed

·  Install equipment and electrical components and test to ensure proper functioning

·  Dismantle equipment to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools and power tools

·  Lubricate and clean parts and equipment to ensure proper operation
