JOB DESCRIPTION Benchmark Staffing is currently recruiting for a Sewing Machine Operator Lead for a local manufacturer in the city of Santa Ana, CA. This is a lead position so must have previous lead/management experience. The ability to operate a variety of industrial sewing machines for this position is required. Experience with single and double needle sewing machines. Must be able to communicate well and be able to perform various operations to meet the teams daily production output.
