Data Analyst
Our client is looking to bring on 2-3 temporary team members to assist with projects. Assignment would be approximately 12 weeks in length. Here is an overview of the projects and type of candidates we are looking to staff:
Overall Objective of the combined Projects
Bring disparate data sources into Salesforce.com to allow for single reporting from Salesforce.com or GoodData a reporting tool with integration to Salesforce.com.

Data Analyst

Overall Objective of the combined Projects
Bring disparate data sources into Salesforce.com to allow for single reporting from Salesforce.com or GoodData a reporting tool with integration to Salesforce.com.
Examples of the tasks / functions needed to accomplish the objective
- Create cross walk/index table of all company names from each data source as mapped to Salesforce company name and unique identifier, using both automated and manual processes to complete
- Identify and recommend ongoing process to identify new company names as data is captured each month for input into Salesforce.com
- Assist in preparing spreadsheet in identified format for mapping and importing into Salesforce.com
- Build and maintain weekly and/or monthly excel reports as an interim until data is fully built into Salesforce
- Complete Ad-Hoc report request for senior leadership in timely manner that provides an executive summary of the data within the report
- Build reports in Salesforce.com and/or GoodData ~ (nice to have)
Skills Needed
- Advanced to Expert Excel Skills
- Advanced analysis skills to provide overview of data within reports produced
- Report Criteria/Requirement gathering and documenting
- Data research - leveraging tools (including internet searches) to find and fill gaps in data or company information
- Attention to detail - must be confident and complete with aligning accounts
- Ability and knowledge on how to check, double check and QC own work and/or work of others
- Attention to detail in presentation of data and/or reports as audience is executive level
