Volunteer Coordinator
College Station, TX

• Develop and implement Volunteer Training Program.
• Recruit and train volunteers.
• Develop and maintain volunteer retention programs.
• Assure compliance with all regulatory issues related to volunteers.
• Develop programs that maximize the use of volunteers in both clinical and administrative services.
• Assumes other duties as developed and/or assigned by the Community Relations Manager.
• Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of all volunteer programs as needed.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to speak before groups.
• Significant group organizational experience
• Knowledge of hospice
