Job: STORE MANAGER

Location: Bradenton, FL
Welcome to a great opportunity with Hudson's Furniture.  We are a31 year old Family owned company in Central Florida.  Because of our tremendous growth we are searching a performance driven leader for our new location based in Bradenton Florida.

The main job is to build a cohesive sales team that is able to deliver an excellent customer service experience to each client walking in the showroom

 
  • Responsible for overflow floor coverage.
  • Will coach the store staff in areas of sales behaviors, statistics and store operations.
  • Will work with the Regional Sales Manager on staffing, recruiting, interviewing and hiring.
  • Drives sales through the utilization of statistics, contests, coaching, accountability, motivation and inspiration.
  • Ensures that all designated areas of the store are clean, tagged and orderly by specified sales consultants.
  • Will complete any other assigned duties that are required to accomplish the store’s sales and operational goals.
  • Will work with the Regional Manager to develop individual training/education plans for sales consultants  based on specific needs  through the use of their “growth profile” based on computer reports.
  • Must be a role model for all corporate policies, procedures and behavior

We offer a fixed schedule and limit the number of consultants to insure a professional income.
