Retail Sales Associate- You never know what you are going to see or sell!

Four Sales Ltd. is looking for a Sales Associates who will be responsible for set ups, sales and closeouts of Four Sales events. No two days will be the same because you will have different job functions in each stage of the event.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Our Sales Associates can expect to be cross-trained and work at various locations throughout the sale site and will have the following duties:
Set ups:
- Organize assigned area of the home – individually or in teams as assigned
- Some pre-sale light cleaning may be required
- Some pre-sale lifting may be required.
- Configure tables in assigned areas and display items for sale as appropriate.
- Tag or tape all items in the home in preparation for the pricing team.
- Proactively seek the next task to be completed.
- Greet customers, answer questions, assist in any way you can to insure that the customer has a positive experience.
- Encourage the customer to look at individual items that may be of interest to them and help them make a buying decision.
- Move items to new locations so that they are more visible/attractive to the customer.
- Be vigilant for shoplifters or other inappropriate activities
- Close out
- Prep items for donation (e.g. bagging donation clothing, wrapping glassware, etc)
- Pack up company equipments and help reload van with company equipment
- Light cleaning – including sweeping, vacuuming and wiping down counter surfaces
