Title: Recruiter in Northern Kentucky. Summary: We have a job opening for a Recruiter in Northern Kentucky. This position will be responsible for recruiting top driver talent to the fleet plan. The Recruiter job duties and responsibilities include: • Aggressively conduct 18-25 activities and/or out-bound calls daily to source new driver talent • Recruit 2 hires (drivers and/or trucks) a week on average per quarter • Field in-bound phone inquiries generated from various media sources • Enter accurate and timely recruitment activity into system • Phone screen candidates after an employment application is reviewed • Move the application through the on-boarding process while initiating appropriate  checks • Schedule applicants for pre-employment drug screens, physicals and orientation Qualifications: • Must have 2+ years of Recruiting experience • College degree preferred • Must be detail oriented and have a strong phone voice • Must have strong working knowledge of MS Office • Qualified candidates will have excellent communications skills (both written verbal) • Must be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently with little supervision If you are interested in this Recruiter Job, please apply by submitting your resume and contact details to charli.faehr@ajilon.com Please be sure to attach your resume in a WORD document with the subject line reading: Recruiter job-Northern Kentucky.
