Major Real Estate Company located in New York City is currently seeking a property manager for one of theirManhattan high-rise luxury rental properties.
Responsibilities consist of managing 1 building consisting of approximately 400 units, overseeing staff, preparing move ins and move outs, day to day building related issues, tenant relations, budgets, knowledge of mechanical, troubleshooting and other building related issues.
