JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a full time, experienced, production supervisor. Primary responsibility will be to direct production schedules, production planning, manning of workers, ordering of material, shipping orders, and overall direction of the department. Must be able to fit into a fast paced environment at a small to mid size manufacturing company. We offer medical insurance, vacation, holiday pay, and a profit sharing program. THIS IS A HANDS ON WORKING SUPERVISOR POSITION, YOU MUST BE WILLING TO GET YOUR HANDS DIRTY. ORGANIZATION IS A MUST!!

- Must have manufacturing production supervisory experience
- Must have experience with making adjustments on manufacturing equipment
- Must be flexible with work hours and be able to alter work hours
- Must be able to lift (50) lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be EXTREMLY ORGANIZED
- Must be computer literate
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Must be computer literate
- MULTI-TASKING REQUIRED
