What you will be doing:
- Implement overall product development and management efforts for consumer-facing Subscription Products
- Collect, analyze and review key performance indicators to determine pricing/packaging and create financial models from multiple data sources
- Analyze product performance to help develop and update goals, and objectives
- Define and specify business requirements for all subscription products for consumption on the Web, Tablet and Mobile devices via wireframing and requirements documents
- Manage cross-functional teams of editorial, engineering, design, business development and marketing in the delivery/management of subscription products
- Prioritize product initiatives and manage product development lifecycle
- Stay abreast of key marketplace developments, recommending new products to develop and creating business plans for these new areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (editorial, marketing, etc) to develop and implement cohesive and integrated subscription programs.
What you need:
- 3+ yrs working in or directly managing a suite of consumer-facing Subscription or eCommerce products
- Strategic, creative thinker who can balance short term operating needs with longer term strategic initiatives
- Experience creating products Tablet and Mobile devices
- Proven track record in building and launching successful Internet related products and services
- Experience in user-centric product development and design
- Experience working with Omniture and/or other web analytics applications
- Experience in product marketing leveraging social media tools and best practices
- Experience working with affiliate marketing programs
- Experience compiling and analyzing web/sales data
analysis, creative/practical problem solving, and sound judgment
- Subscription, eCommerce and/or broadband video product experience
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills
- General understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash, and other web presentation technologies
- A passion for sports
- Bachelor Degree
