Responsibilities:

As our new Alliance Director, you will be accountable, responsible—and indispensable—in driving corporate success.

Demonstrate tangible leadership and relationship management abilities.
Oversee all facilities, property and construction management services.
Ensure total contract compliance with all criteria.
Reach all performance specifications, including quantitative cost savings and qualitative customer service provisions.
Ensure performance of accounting team.
Ensure compensation issues are maximized.
Coordinate quarterly performance reviews.
Set operational and financial goals.
Develop audit, proposal and transition reporting.
Negotiate new management agreements and encourage renewal of existing ones.
Establish AP/AR guidelines.
Monitor lease/contract expirations.
Participate in professional and community organizations.
Responsible for identifying training needs, hiring and tracking performance.

Demonstrate your leadership.

 

Qualifications:

Tap your natural people and management abilities to take this role to a new level. Use your expert analytical, financial and strategic skills, along with 6+ years of related experience and/or training. You must have familiarity with Facilities Management, Engineering, HVAC and Electrical issues. To advance your career in commercial real estate, you should also possess:

Knowledge of current GAAP and RASB regulations
Intermediate MS Office Suite skills
5 years of asset/portfolio management experience preferred
CPA preferred

Healthcare experience is preferred
