Candidates get a chance to get in on the ground floor of building a framework while doing custom integrations for varioulatforms. Candidates will also be integrating with internal API's. experienced Drupal Developer to join the Internet Content Support team and contribute to the building of our next-generation Digital CMS platform. The ideal candidate will have several years experience developing Drupal-based solutions for large-scale, highly trafficked web sites. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, and enjoy solving complex problems utilizing cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
Work closely with engineering and infrastructure teams as well as the Drupal Center of Excellence
Develop and implement custom modules in PHP/Drupal according to requirements
Provide documentation as required and participate in code reviews, planning sessions and routine status meetings
Provide accurate level of effort time estimates and provide recommendations for feature prioritization
BA or BS degree in Computer Science
Minimum of 3+ years experience developing in a LAMP-based (Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP) environment.
Strong experience developing custom Drupal 7 modules.
Experience working with Views, Panels, Taxonomy, Entity, Blocks, Ctools, SPS and Collections
Expertise in all facets of web development including front- and backend technologies.
Solid, thorough understanding of JSON, HTML5, CSS, OO JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and RESTful web services
Experience working with revision control systems such as Git and SVN
Solid SQL Database programming skills (MySQL)
Must be comfortable navigating the Linux command line.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
