Commercial Construction Superintendent
Exceptional opportunity in a dynamic workplace for a highly motivated Construction Superintendent. Typical Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedule, man power, equipment and resources
- Supervise demolition, renovation and construction of residential and commercial mid to high rise buildings averaging between 10 - 50 stories
- Direct and evaluate site personnel and staff
- Maintain EEO compliance negotiate on site labor relations
- Enforce project safety and security
- Review and approve all subcontractor and vendor payment as well as timely preparation of payment requisitions

Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 10+ Years experience as a lead Superintendent
- Project history to include downtown/urban, big box retail, office and commercial builds ranging up to $10M
- Able to work regularly on site while being exposed to moving mechanical parts
- Able to be successful working precarious heights, adverse weather conditions and moderate to very loud work environment
- Demonstrable ability to manage people, costs, and budgets
