Qualifications
The Customer Setup Specialist will be responsible for converting new customers from their previous payroll system to Paycom and ensuring that new customers' payrolls are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate possess superior interpersonal skills with the ability to work with various departments within all levels of an organization both inside the company and with customers.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Convert new customers from their previous payroll system to Paycom accurately and timely
- Ensure that new customers' payrolls are processed accurately and timely
- Answer incoming calls and/or emails from Sales Representatives and new clients on a timely basis
- Research, track and resolve customer's payroll issues on a timely basis
- Establish and maintain effective communication and coordination with Paycom personnel and management
- Assist with special projects as needed
