Job Description
CRST is seeking a self- motivated and results oriented Claims Manager to be domiciled in Cedar Rapids. This position will report directly to the CFO of CRST and the main responsibilities will be to ensure CRST International is minimizing its costs in relations to worker's compensation and automobile liability claims.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
• Supervise the staff related to worker's compensation
• Coordinate with the company’s third party administrators for auto liability and work comp to ensure proper reporting and that CRST’s interest is being protected
• Analyze situations to insure that risk exposure is identified
• Other duties may be assigned
Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university required in addition to 4-5 years demonstrated experience working with workers compensation claims. Experience working with auto liability claims a plus.
