About the Job
Brightside Academy is hiring Assistant Teachers and Lead Teachers for the Columbus region! We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team. The Assistant Teachers and Lead Teachers provide and maintain a positive and appropriate educational program that meets the social, emotional, physical and intellectual needs of the children within their care. We are currently hiring Assistant Teachers and Lead Teachers for infant, toddler, preschool and school-age groups.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Assistant Teachers:
- Child Development Associate (CDA) OR attending school to attain associate’s degree in early childhood education (ECE) or related field (child development, special education, elementary education or human service).
Lead Teachers:
- Minimum of an associate’s degree in early childhood education (ECE);OR
- Completed bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (child development, special education, elementary education or human service) including a minimum of 12 early childhood education (ECE) credits.
