About the Technology Team

Our Engineering and Operations teams are focused on developing high-quality software using TDD, CI, and cutting edge technology in a SaaS environment.  We are an Agile environment that focuses on a DevOps culture and a Continuous Deployment approach to delivering software.

What we think you should bring to the table:

Lead and champion the test cases for stories taken on for your team each sprint; facilitate team test case development and reviews.

Design, develop and maintain test cases for specific features and discover exploratory test scenarios that push the limits of components, business applications and other content based upon requirements from PM.

Work closely with your team to maximize overall testing impact and effectiveness by reporting and tracking defects, and collaborating with engineers to deliver appropriate fixes for owned features.

Drive engineering wide efforts to stay current for test processes and practices.

Assist in system configuration and support application deployment.

Assist in training of other testers on standards and processes.

Understand and execute various automated tests scenarios where appropriate.

4+ years of software testing experience using a variety of testing tools and techniques.

Mastery of test principles/methodologies and ability to apply them.

Experience working in a high cadence environment with a short ship cycle and aggressive timelines.

Excellent communications and organizational skills.

Experience testing enterprise applications in a SaaS environment.

Solid analytical and problem solving skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize and schedule own work, and possibly the work of others, in a dynamic team environment.

Demonstrated passion for quality and willingness to work hand-in-hand with developers.

Firm understanding of Agile methodologies.

Have a working knowledge of software development languages such as C#, Java, Javascript, etc.

Test tool scripting experience is a plus.
