Location: Basking Ridge, NJ
As a member of the Executive Compensation and Benefits team, this position will provide consultative support, technical subject matter expertise and analytical support for various executive and broad-based compensation and benefits programs.
Manage the preparation process for quarterly Compensation Committee meetings including coordinating material reviews, collection of materials from content experts and ensuring materials are assembled for distribution
Provide consultative support to Senior HR business partners and business leaders on compensation matters
Identify and manage survey submissions and annual benchmarking process
Manage and administer job evaluation process
Track and administer special compensation programs including retention, sign-on and other cash payments
Manage agreement distribution and acceptance tracking for long-term incentive program
Administer executive life insurance and long term disability plans
Assist with research and development of presentations on a variety of compensation and benefits topics
Candidate must possess excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Must also have strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to use data to draw conclusions and present recommendations
Must be comfortable interacting with executives
Typically requires 7 - 10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
