Accounting Principals, specializing in the placement of accounting and finance professionals, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a leading client in the property management industry.

This is a temporary opportunity for a stable company in the Seattle area.

The main responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Preparing schedules to assist with the audit process

• Assisting with the month end close and financial reporting

• Strong knowledge of GAAP

• Knowledge of process improvements and implementations

• Review property level general ledgers

• Ensure that property level accounting information is properly consolidated with fund level general ledgers

The qualifications of this role include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

• Strong communication skills

• MRI experience
