Employee Relations Specialist will be responsible for: • Responding to appropriate parties to investigate claims of harassment, discrimination, violence or other policy violations. • Recommend resolutions that follow company policy and state and federal laws. • Assist with unemployment claims • Take statements and conduct investigations Employee Relations Specialist Requirements: • 3-5 years of direct Employee Relations experience • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Ability to establish professional relationships with peers, internal and external customers and vendors. • Comfortable handling high stress situations To be considered for this position.
