If you are a Wholesale Account Executive with 3+ years of experience, please read on! (Must be currently working as a Wholesale Account Executive)
What you need for this position:
- MUST be currently working as a Wholesale Account Executive
- Minimum of 3 years FHA and Conventional prime wholesale origination experience
- Solid understanding of loan origination and mortgage industry standards
- Ability to effectively interact with all branch and company personnel and brokers
- Provide excellent customer and client services
- Track record of success in the mortgage industry
- Existing broker base
What you'll be doing:
- Generates FHA and Conventional mortgages through effective prospecting of mortgage brokers and sources new brokers on an ongoing basis
- Trains mortgage brokers to properly submit and structure loans
- Develops and manages all business opportunities within a defined sales territory
- Assists in obtaining sufficient and complete documentation from the broker
- Maintains sales contact, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports
- Acts as a liaison to mortgage broker throughout all phases of the loan process
