3-5 years of proven work history in a QSR orQuick Casual concept as at the District Managerlevel or above
Must have complete multi- unitrestaurantoperational acumen
Must be a “hands-on” leader with a “quarterback” mentality
Must have a track record of people development as a skilled team builder and motivator …
Be able to demonstrate a history of sales growth and development
Must be able to digest all aspects of a restaurantP&L …
Must be able to construct restaurant budgets and implement plans of execution …
Must enjoy interacting with the community…
Experience in New Restaurant Openings is beneficial
Background can come from Full Service, Casualor Fast Food
