• Reconciling and emailing daily excel reports to appropriate areas.
• Identifying/Investigating anomalies in reports leveraging customer servicing system.
• Escalating suspected issues to management/business partners.
• Completing mail merges.
• Maintaining/Reconciling file storage in Knowledgelink.
