Grand Circle/Overseas Adventure Associates are given opportunities to travel on our trips at deep discounts and top performers are selected for paid product training trips throughout the year. We provide a solid base salary and sales incentive plan, including commission and bonuses. Location: Southern California or New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania
Responsibilities:
• Identify new affinity groups
• Acquire new accounts by prospecting, making cold calls, qualifying leads/appointments, following up and converting groups
• Meet and exceed contract/sales goals in assigned territory
• Surpass group renewal goals
• Educate group leaders on our products
• Secure a signed contract upon closing the sale
• Strategize a marketing plan with each Group Leader
• Communicate details to inside team
• Travel 30-50% or 1-2 weeks per month
Requirements:
• 3+ years of Travel related job history
• 3+ years of outside sales history
• Passion for international travel
• New business prospecting experience a must
• Relationship building skills a must
• Strong communicator
• Closing skills a must
• Demonstrated experience working with group leaders
• Large group presentation skills
• Ability to travel within your assigned territory 30-50% of the time
• Self-motivated and results driven
• Team player
• Clean Driving Record
