Leads and manages the Performance management process including all phases (Objective Setting, Personal Development, Mid Year and Year End)

Acts as central communication point of contact for Year End process partnering with Total Value, HRIS, Benefits, eComp, etc.

Administrator of P3 system and ensuring strong partnership and alliance with TDBG partners

Lead cross business team providing coaching, guidance and direction to implement Career Month across TD AMCB. Partners with and prepares TDBG SVP & VPs in various career month activities

Leads and implements the ongoing strategic focus of building process and programs to support the development of Employees including Mentoring and Career Development tools

Develop HR Business Partner understanding of the Performance Management Process including Coaching, Development, Objectives, Mid Year and Year End and reporting tools

Leads the creation and maintenance of tools and presentations to support education of HR Partners and Business leaders on Performance Management, Coaching, Development and Career Month

Interact with global partners to ensure alignment to Center of Excellence strategic direction

Conduct complex analysis of HR programs/activities and creates recommendations to enhance process

Consults with and provides guidance and support to HRBP Employees

Partners extensively with federated business partners including Centers of Excellence, HR Leadership Team, Hr Business Partners, HR Program Managers, Total Value, Employee Relations and HR Risk and Compliance

Serves as representative and subject matter expert of Human Resources in interactions with line of business representatives

May manage department staff, including, but not limited to, temporary staff

Works independently, with little direction

Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below

5-7 years related experience required

Proven facilitation and negotiation skills

Proven ability to work independently

Demonstrated knowledge of TD culture, management philosophy and experience in Human Resources is preferred

Proven organization, presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of program administration and budget operations

Proven project management and project planning skills

Ability to manage large projects from start to finish, working autonomously

Proven leadership and collaborative skills to build and maintain proactive involvements with all levels of staff and members of the community

Demonstrated MS Office knowledge, particularly Work and Excel

Proven ability to conceptualize events and programs to engage end users

Advanced knowledge of organizational development philosophies and practices and industry trends

Outstanding relationship building, strategic planning, consulting and basic financial skills

Strong collaborative skills to build and maintain proactive, positive relationships with Customers

Creative and resourceful in generating and presenting new ideas

Provides innovative solutions
