Vanguard Cleaning Systems, Entrepreneur 500's #1 Commercial janitorial franchise company, is seeking a highly competitive, hardworking, results oriented individual to join our Inside Sales team.

This professional will contact business owners, managers, office managers and facility management executives to establish appointments for our Outside Sales Team. This person will work closely with the Outside Sales Team to hunt down new opportunities for the company.

Hours: (M-F) 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Important: Past outbound telemarketing / inside sales experience is required to apply for this position.

Qualified candidates will possess:

·         Past experience with outbound calling…

·         A highly competitive personality

·         Strong verbal and written  communications skills 

·         A minimum of 3 years experience in inside or outside sales

·         The ability to speak with business owners and executives 

·         A desire to be compensated for well for great results

Starting pay: $13/hr plus commissions. Successful reps should make $17-$21 /hr between base and commissions combined.
