Position Description:

As a Financial Consultant within First Brokerage America LLC, an affiliate of First Bank through common ownership, you will appreciate the ability to work as an individual practioner with your clients as well as help train and develop a staff of licensed bankers who look to you for mentoring.  As a Financial Consultant, you will find encouraging bank partners interested in helping you build strong relationships with current and prospective clients and who seek the same in return.  You will experience a commitment to your continued professional development that emphasizes your individual career path.  You will be embraced by a culture whose commitment to hard work, remaining compliant, setting and achieving high goals, and vision of long-term success is presented as our calling card. 

We are seeking talented sales individuals with the following requirements:

• College degree or related work experience
• NASD Series 7 and 63, state Health and Life licenses required
• Must have a proven track record of sales and a willingness to adapt
• Must be able to clearly articulate complex concepts to clients and bank branch staff and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be familiar with current regulations and practices in the securities industry
• Responsible for personal adherence to defined Service Quality Standards and Policy and Procedures Manual, demonstrate effective time management skills and a defined sales process
• Basic computer skills are helpful
