The role:

The Resource Group Consultant will work directly with clients while under supervision from a Master Consultant. A working knowledge and some experience as a consultant with Microsoft Dynamics® GP are required. 

Specific responsibilities include: 

• Investigates, analyzes, and identifies key business requirements and issues
• Researches solution alternatives by assembling, organizing, and summarizing findings
• Configures the software to meet the clients’ needs
• Assists in developing test plans, task sheets and ensures solutions are tested and performed according to the specifications. 
• Produces end-user and requirements documentation, when requested
• Leads user training of the new solution implemented within the client environment
• Provides on-going support for clients
• Works on multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Ability to travel out of town to clients at least 25% of the time
• 2+ years experience as a Microsoft Dynamics GP consultant with core financial experience
• Possess basic to intermediate skills with Microsoft SQL Server® 
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis

The ideal candidate will also have:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• CPA license
• Basic MS SQL Server, Crystal Reports and SSRS experience
