Successful engineering firm located in Amherst, New York is looking for an engineering manager. This hands-on executive will be responsible for the capture, execution, and quality of design projects, customer relations, supervision of design/engineering staff, and profitability.
The engineering manager must have strong decision making skills and an ability to participate in design engineering project execution. Strong presentation skills, ability to handle multiple priorities, willingness to travel, and an understanding of industrial facilities operations are required. This includes an understanding of design and process engineering. Bachelor degree in Engineering required. PE a plus.
