Duties to include
Organize, direct and control daily operations.
Recruit, interview and hire new staff.
Create work schedules and assignments for staff according to workload, budget and staff schedules.
Create a team environment by conducting regular staff meetings and encouraging effective communications.
Develop and implement Policy and procedure manual.
Interact with customers to ensure they receive efficient service and measure their satisfaction.
Recommend and implement marketing strategies.
Monitor revenue and expenses of business
Work with owners to attain long-term business goals.
