We are looking for a talented Customer Service Team Leader.  The successful candidate will provide daily leadership to staff members in order to meet the customer expectations. Their responsibilities include ensuring timely processing of customer orders and will work with other team members when needed to resolve customer disputes. The Customer Service Team Leader will identify systems and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency. The successful candidate must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. They will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Tasks:

• Answer questions about products, procedures, process, availability, and product uses.
• Work with new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products
• Quote prices and other bid specifications
• Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
• Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as business development strategies and marketing information.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

• Position requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and 4-6 years of experience in the field or substitution of relevant work experience can waive education requirements.
