Description:

Reports directly to the Show Services Manager on a day-to-day basis for completion of all work orders, procedures, tasks and maintenance program updates.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for all cleaning duties within the entire facility. These include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, windows, table clearing, bathroom upkeep, and various scrubbing and sanitizing needs.
• Carry out all work requests as assigned by Show Services Supervisor and/or Duty Manager.
• Ensure all day-to-day practices adhere to health & safety standards as set by the attraction and city.
• Ensure support and flexibility to all departments to meet ever-changing needs of business initiatives and strategies.
• Maintain positive attitude with staff and guests.
• Maintain professional dress and appearance.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma, and/or equivalent certificate or equivalent experience.
• Possess strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi task as necessary to meet a deadline.
• Great organization skills, detail oriented, attention to detail, and self starter.
• Ability to work with people from all levels of discipline.
• Open to new learning and quickly adapts to change.
