Position Summary 
The Solution Engineer is a key technical contributor of the Professional Services Team, deploying our visibility solutions. The Solution Engineer is responsible for developing the technical solution design, installing and implementing the solution, testing, delivering customer training, and providing technical support during the project phase, up to system acceptance. The scope of the projects extend from proof of concepts and pilots to full production systems. 

Required Skills and Experience   

Recent College Graduate or up to 2 years of hands–on experience as a Support/Solution/Field/Sales Engineer including enterprise software installations 

Wireless LAN o IP networks and router configurations 

Hands on experience installing, configuring and testing software and hardware 

Experience in Location based systems – Cisco Mobility Services Engine and Wireless Control System, general RSSI, and wireless site surveys 

The ability to present and deliver solution specific training for customers 

Database experience (queries to perform data analysis, scripting)  

Ability to interact with customers to identify requirements and implement a solution to meet their requirements. 

Ability to technically troubleshoot software and hardware to isolate a problem and resolve it. 

Team player with good communication skills, positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn. 

Willingness to work through technical challenges 

BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
