JOB DESCRIPTION
RN Director of Nursing seeking an RN (BSN Preferred) to lead our skilled nursing team. Successful candidate will possess a minimum three years of supervisory experience in a long term care community, hospital or other related healthcare facility. Must be an organized team builder with exceptional communication skills and solid employment history. Responsibilities include management of a 60 bed skilled unit, supervision and development of licensed and certified staff with MDS and CQI oversight, and maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.
