To review and approve insurance overpayments based upon contract provisions and/or verification of benefits and to forward the request to the refund clerk. On our team, everyone counts! Job requirements •          High school diploma or equivalent •          Computer knowledge •          Minimum 1 year health-care based collection experience. •          Ability to understand and interpret payment terms in managed care contracts. •         T yping and clerical abilities. •          Common sense. •          Good customer service skills. •          Good oral communication. •          High level of organizational skills.
