Job: WORKERS COMPENSATION SPECIALIST


JOB DESCRIPTION

If you are a skilled HR Specialist that has strong experience with Worker's Compensation, then this company wants to see you! You will be responsible for the cases of all of the employees for this company to talk with the employees, the health care providers and any witnesses. Will do lots of research and tracking of the cases from the beginning to the end. Will interpret medical and legal documents, analyze statements, made decisions and processed claims. Also responsible to calculate and adjust checks to injured workers as well as mail proper paperwork to injured worker in timely manner and
abide by the law and labor code and interpret the labor code to employers. We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
