Wood production facility seeking operations manager. Preferred candidate will have at least an Associate Degree and 3 years experience in manufacturing management. Knowledge of wood industry would be especially helpful. Areas of responsibility include: Sales and human relations Maintaining production standards Inventory & quality control Budgeting & cost control Safety & environmental guidance and procedures Maintenance scheduling Supervising personnel Human resources administration Salary dependent on experience.
