Provide training for operations support squadron. Responsible for training government officials on effective Computer Network Operations (CNO). Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the current and future courseware and updating it on an as needed basis. Contractor will use Job Qualification Standards (JQS), the Master Training Plan and the Master Task List to augment the customer with development and maintenance of training plans. Contractor will augment and support customer testing and evaluation of current and future mission areas. Contractor shall also have knowledge of certification and standardization/evaluation to assist/advise a Stan/Eval and Operations Training Flight.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs in support of complex products and procedures
Deliver training courses and assists lower level trainers in the classroom
Establish and/or review course content and training objectives
Manage participate in and conduct technical training
Prepare and deliver lectures
Lead and moderate classroom discussions
Write performance reports to evaluate trainee performance
Experience as DoD platform instructor
Experience in training program development and Instructional System Design (ISD) Excellent presentation and customer relation skills
Required Clearance: TS/SCI (must have held TS/SCI position within the previous two years, not just SCI eligible). Willing to take a counter espionage polygraph if required.
Desired: - Excellent writing and communication skills - Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite - CCAF instructor qualification - Bachelors degree in a related area
